1. Account Eligibility and Rules

  • One Account Per Person: Users are strictly permitted to operate only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate referral bonuses or task limits is considered fraud.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when requesting payouts.

2. Earning via the Task Engine

  • Task Submissions: All task proofs (screenshots, links, etc.) must be genuine and yours. Submitting fake, altered, or stolen proof will result in immediate task rejection and potential account suspension.
  • Approval Process: Earnings are only credited to your wallet after a task has been successfully reviewed and approved by our system or administrators.
  • Right to Reject: Point2Cash Pro reserves the right to reject any task submission that does not meet the advertiser's or platform's specified requirements.

3. The Agent Partner Program

  • Commissions: Agents earn a commission based on the successful withdrawals of the users in their referred network.
  • Network Integrity: Agents are prohibited from incentivizing users to create fake accounts or complete tasks fraudulently. If an Agent's network is found to have a high rate of fraudulent activity, the Agent's account, rank, and commission balances may be revoked.
  • Rank Adjustments: Label ranks and bonus incentives are granted at the discretion of the platform administrators and can be adjusted based on network performance.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

  • Minimum Thresholds: You must reach the minimum required wallet balance before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Processing Time: While we aim to process all standard payouts within 24 to 48 business hours, delays may occur due to payment gateway processing, holidays, or security audits.
  • Payment Details: You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details. Point2Cash Pro is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, wallet, or bank account provided by the user.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair ecosystem, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without payout:

  • Using VPNs, Proxies, or Tor nodes to mask your location.
  • Using bots, macros, or automated scripts to complete tasks or browse the platform.
  • Exploiting system bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes.
  • Harassing platform staff or other community members.

6. Account Termination

Point2Cash Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, freeze your wallet balance, and restrict your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if we suspect you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Point2Cash Pro makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of tasks, specific earning amounts, or uninterrupted platform access. In no event shall Point2Cash Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
